   With over 22 years of practical business knowledge and real estate experience, John Stretch joined the North Ridge Realty Group in 2003 and became a Broker in 2008. John specializes in the industrial and office markets of Greater Cincinnati as well as the northern markets up to Dayton, Ohio. He has handled the sale and leasing of over $250 million in transactions during his career.   

   As a native of Butler County, he possesses the geographical and professional expertise to help assist any buyer and/or seller with their commercial real estate needs. The combination of his dedication, sharp negotiating skills and enormous network, enables him to be the ideal person to represent any buyer/seller with their real estate needs.
